Submit a return request in your customer account from your order. Then select the products you wish to return. Your demand will be accepted in 24 business hours.

Once the return accepted, go in your customer account under "Return Tracking" and download the return slip.

Put the product back in its case and place Part 1 of the return form in the original packaging. We won't know it's from you without the return form!

Stick the return label on the envelope and post it in a yellow mailbox.
The product must be returned in perfect condition, accompanied by all its accessories, and unused.
Where possible, items should be returned to us in their original packaging and must not have been opened.
In accordance with Article L.121-21 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumers have 14 working days from the date of delivery of their order to return any items that do not suit them and request an exchange or refund without penalty, except for return shipping costs.
Binocle Eyewear extends this period to 30 days, with return shipping costs covered. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns at: [email protected].
Your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
To keep things simple, we don't offer exchanges. If you want to order a different product, just place a new order and submit a return request at the same time to get a refund.
