How about we answer your
questions?

The product must be returned in perfect condition, with all accessories, and not used.

Wherever possible, they should be returned in their original packaging and must not have been opened.

In accordance with article L.121-21 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumers have a period of 14 working days from the date of delivery of their order to return any item that does not suit them and request an exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return shipping costs.

Binocle Eyewear is extending this period to 30 days, with free return postage. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns at: sos@binocle.com.

Your refund will be processed within 10 working days.

We invite you to request a return for a refund. We don't do exchanges, so if you want to recommend a pair of glasses you'll have to reorder.
