Who are the members of the Binocle team?

Behind your beautiful glasses, there is an entire team working hard to bring you lots of new projects, events and good vibes! Around twenty pairs of hands and creative minds full of ideas. But who is really behind your eyewear brand?

The Origin of Binocle: Samuel

This is Samuel, also known as La Jouz, THE big boss of Binocle. An entrepreneur at heart, he could have lived 3,483,049 different lives with a different business each time. With him, one problem = one idea = one opportunity. But the project of his life will always remain Binocle.

Impressive by nature, don’t judge a book by its cover. He absolutely loves cats, making braids, and Gossip Girl. He also knows a lot of things, so we could have called him El Enciclopedia.

Are you wondering what went through his mind when he had this crazy idea of creating Binocle one day?

Basically, it was something like: BAM PCHIT BOOM BANG… Binocle (with a few details missing and without the smoke).

Cloé, the web marketer and coding queen:

This is Cloé, the team’s web marketer! You may have already seen her in our Halloween video, with her witch hat (and witch laugh).

She always has a smile on her face and truly loves her job. You know the expression “having stars in your eyes”? Well, there is an entire galaxy in hers whenever she talks about her projects.

Her job? Creating a perfectly crafted website and awesome articles! Her favourite languages? CSS and HTML. Don’t understand anything about them? Don’t worry, sometimes we don’t understand everything either, but admit it, it sounds pretty cool.

Her second passion is sleeping. She is nicknamed NoMonday because leaving her bed at the beginning of every week breaks her heart (ah, youth).

The sales team, the ultimate adventurers

Nico, the founding salesperson:

Let me introduce you to Nico, Binocle’s founding salesperson. He travels all over France with his gift of the gab, his van and his straightforward personality to convince people to join the Binocle adventure. His nickname? Mouche. Not because he is as small as Peter Pan’s Tinker Bell, nor because he moves as fast as the fly you can never catch, but because he always hits the mark!

He is the funny guy of the group. He loves glasses, negotiation and music, which he likes to show off about a little. But above all, he loves talking about aliens ???? So if you happen to come from another planet, contact us at [email protected]. We won’t offer you cabbage soup, but a pair of Binocle should definitely make you happy!

Ambroise, the youngest member of the team:

At Binocle since September 2019, Ambroise is the youngest member of the sales team.

After having Nico as his mentor, he now follows his own path in Western France to bring Binocle to the region!

A huge shoe enthusiast, you might even spot a pelican on his latest pair.

With his Marmottes in hand, sales pitch ready and talent in his pocket, he never hesitates to knock on every shop door to share our products with passion and determination!
