Which level of filtration to choose?

• 30% filtration: Clear lenses with 30% filtration are often used for daily use, while being moderate with screens. They help reduce the impact of blue light on the eyes, while maintaining a natural color vision.
  
  
• 60% filtration: Yellow lenses with 60% filtration are mainly for intensive screen use (video games, work, etc.) or for night driving. Eyes tired from the day are more exposed to artificial light.
